Priceline Car Rental Date Change Needed After Airline Flight Delay
We made two non‑refundable car rental reservations through Priceline in Miami, USA, each for 20 days starting on December 28, 2025, for a family trip with my parents, my sister, my husband and our kids. The Priceline trip numbers are 855-682-975-18 and 865-403-005-18. After booking, our airline changed our flight, so we will now arrive on December 29 instead of December 28. Because of this involuntary change, we will not be able to pick up the cars on December 28 and need to collect both vehicles one day later, on December 29. We fully understand that the reservations are marked as non‑refundable; however, creating two new reservations from scratch for the correct date would be a very high and unexpected cost for us as a family. In light of the flight change, I kindly request that you adjust the pickup date of both car reservations from December 28 to December 29, 2025, without additional penalty or at least by offering a fair solution that allows us to use the bookings we already paid for. I would be very grateful for your help, as this trip is important for our family and the current situation represents a significant financial burden for us.
