I Face Inability to Cancel My Prezi Subscription Due to Blank Screen Error
I’m trying to cancel my Prezi subscription, but whenever I click the “Cancel Subscription” option, I’m met with a blank screen. Despite using the latest version of Chrome and attempting the process on three different devices a total of ten times today, the issue persists. My account is registered under the email g********@gmail.com**.
A charge of $48 is scheduled to be withdrawn from my credit card on October 6, so I urgently need my subscription canceled to avoid this payment. No charge has been made yet, but if I can’t cancel, the system will automatically bill me.
I have tried every customer support channel — including live chat, email, and contact forms — but have not received any response from Prezi. I’m using the Standard plan, and I haven’t found any alternative way to stop the renewal.
I request that my subscription be immediately canceled and that no payment be taken from my card. I also ask that Prezi fix the blank screen issue preventing users from managing their subscriptions properly.
