I am beyond disappointed with both Tambet and Pragmatic Play. I recently won approximately ₺48,000 through Pragmatic Play games on the Tambet platform. Before making any investment, I even asked the support representative if the site reliably pays out winnings—they assured me there would be no issue. That assurance turned out to be completely false.
Out of the total ₺48,000 I won, only ₺14,500 was paid to me. The remaining ₺32,500 was wiped from my balance with no proper explanation. I did not use any bonuses, and there were no wagering conditions or restrictions on my original deposit at the time. The win occurred on May 28, 2025, and I have kept all the evidence, including screenshots and transaction records.
Despite being in serious financial hardship and losing money on the platform many times before, I finally had a substantial win—only to be denied most of it. This is unethical and unacceptable. Pragmatic Play must take responsibility for where its games are hosted and ensure that players are treated fairly. I demand that Tambet return my full winnings and that Pragmatic Play intervene immediately to prevent others from being cheated like this.
