I won ₺680,000 on a legal site called Maxwin, which has games from Pragmatic Play. I was shocked when the whole amount was taken out of my account. When I asked, I was informed something vague about a "multiplier rule" that seems to cancel the win, but I was never told what this regulation was before I played. I feel totally let down and powerless. I did what I was supposed to do, and now that my lawful rewards have been taken away, it feels like a breach of trust.
