Temu Order Marked Delivered But Not Received - IMILE Tracking Issue

I placed an order on Temu to be delivered to my address with IMILE tracking number 6120625983829. The shipment was expected from 3 December and the system shows that it was delivered on 4 January, but I have never received this package at my address. Despite the status saying “delivered”, no package was handed to me, and no notice was left. I contacted IMILE customer service about this issue, but I did not receive any explanation or useful information regarding where my package is or to whom it was supposedly delivered. I request a detailed investigation of this shipment and clear proof of delivery, and I also expect that my package be actually delivered to my address as soon as possible.
