Postegro Won't Show Private Profiles

I bought a Postegro weekly package, but sadly, it's not allowing me to access profiles. I would like to request a refund for the amount of money. Additionally, I'm unsure of who to reach out to. I purchased the package and unfortunately, it hasn't opened any profiles so far. I would like a refund, please. I really hope for a solution.
