Unable to View Private Accounts After Postegro Purchase


Today, I bought a $4 Postegro package hoping to view private accounts, but unfortunately, I wasn't able to access any accounts. I'm encountering a recurring error on all profiles. The error message reads, "We are unable to display this profile as the user who follows it has not logged into the system." No need to fret, we'll attempt to take a look at it in a few days." I have included screenshots as proof. I would like to request a refund for the following reasons.
