I've logged in and out countless times, tried everything, and it simply doesn't work. This is a blatant rip-off. You're taking people's hard-earned money for a service you completely fail to provide.
If you can't deliver the promised service, then you are obligated to issue a refund. It's incredibly deceptive to charge for something that is entirely non-functional.
