Paid Lili & Postegro Subscription but Can’t Access Accounts or View Package
Two weeks ago, I signed up on Lili & Postegro to view an account, only to find that they wouldn’t show anything without a subscription. So, I purchased a package, but now I can’t see the account I wanted, and my purchased package doesn’t even show up. Despite paying, I’m unable to access the service as promised. The app also claims to track the account, yet I’m not getting any updates or visibility. I feel misled by this service and urgently need a resolution. Please provide assistance in either restoring my access or issuing a refund.
