Postegro Charged Me but Didn’t Work and Still Charges After I Canceled Subscription
Although the Postegro app promises to give access to private accounts, I downloaded it only to find it to be utterly deceptive. The program needed payment once I downloaded it, hence I proceeded expecting it to operate. Still, the app did not live as promised even after payment. I then chose to stop the subscription, however I was still charged even with that cancellation. This entire process has been annoying, and I believe I have been mislead. I am asking Postegro to handle my return right away; I have already asked Apple for a refund. Having paid for a service that falls short of what was promised is frustrating.
