Porsche Macan Warranty and Insurance Repair Took Too Long at Authorized Service
I brought my Porsche Macan (license plate 07 AHM 53) to the authorized service center in Antalya after a minor accident. My car is fully insured, yet more than a month has passed and the repairs still haven’t even started. I can’t even get a clear answer on when the work will be done. All that needs to be replaced is a bumper.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with this service center. Previously, my rear taillight was taking in water, and I had to wait nearly two months for a replacement under warranty. The level of delay and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. The staff show no urgency and no genuine interest in solving the issue.
Because of this poor experience, I am seriously considering selling my Porsche Macan. A premium brand like Porsche should not have such weak after-sales service.
