I purchased my 2024 Porsche Macan on October 16, 2025. Since April 20, the directional tabs on the interior air vents have started falling off one by one without any physical contact inside the vehicle, and this issue is affecting all of the air vents. It is completely unacceptable for interior components on a year-and-a-half-old vehicle still under warranty to fall apart like this.

I contacted the Antalya Porsche authorized service center regarding the issue. Although I stated that the vehicle is under warranty and this should be evaluated as a product defect, the dealership refused to acknowledge the flaw, denied warranty coverage for replacing the parts, and demanded payment from me. On April 30, 2026, they quoted an exorbitant price of $1,146 just for two air vent directional tabs. Despite my explicitly stating that I did not accept or approve this charge, no solution was offered.

Because my vehicle is still under warranty, I demand that this issue—which I believe stems from a manufacturing or material defect—be covered under warranty as a defective product. I request that all directional tabs on the interior air vents be replaced permanently and free of charge, that the $1,146 quote be canceled, and that my issue be fully resolved.
