Porsche Boxster 2011 Transmission Issue Not Fixed — Service Demands Extra ₺1.1M

I delivered my 2011 Porsche Boxster to Başaran Otomotiv Porsche Authorized Service in Antalya due to a transmission fault. I handed the car over on April 22, 2025, and after diagnosis, payment, ordering of parts, and completion of the repair, I received the vehicle back on June 19, 2025. I paid a total of ₺299,614.52 (₺294,614.52 + ₺5,000 diagnostic fee).
However, within just 30 minutes of driving, my car showed the exact same transmission issue again. Despite this, the service center now claims that the problem comes from different parts and is asking for additional replacements — with a proposed cost of over ₺1.1 million.
From both a technical perspective and my driving experience, I am convinced that the problem is the same from the very beginning and that the service failed to diagnose it correctly. The car runs normally when idle, but after roughly 30 minutes of driving the fault reappears and the gearbox locks into whichever gear it is in at that moment. If I continue driving, sometimes the transmission won’t engage at all. The display keeps switching between gears 1 and 2, and the car doesn’t accelerate. I have experienced being stuck in 2nd gear, 1st gear, and even 6th gear. This is clearly not about individual gears but a major fault with the transmission system itself (possibly the control unit or related components).
