On August 26, 2025, I ordered the Maxi Boneless menu and extras from the Antalya Özdilek Popeyes branch. I paid and waited to pick up my order. My order was prepared faster than expected. I requested the fries be spicy, but the employee (cashier N*** Y***) haphazardly poured the spice onto the tray, scattering it everywhere. This made me very uncomfortable. While the fries should normally be seasoned at the pool, they were rudely seasoned on the tray. I was both surprised and upset to see such behavior from someone in the service industry. My order number is 1030, and the reference number on the receipt is 10030. I also have photos of the invoice, receipt, and tray. This is the first time I've encountered such a situation, and I consider this behavior disrespectful. I demand an apology and the necessary action against the employee.
