Disastrous Order from Popeyes, Missing Sauces and Cold Food

I'm very upset about what happened to me at Popeyes in Ordu. I didn't get anything I asked for. There were no sauces, and the nuggets were as cold as ice. We didn't get what we wanted; instead, we got Dipnchicken. We asked for Cajun fries, but all we got were regular fries. Is this how you send out orders that have been canceled by other customers? Even though Popeyes is a well-known brand, it was a terrible experience. Every extra item I bought was either wrong or missing. On top of that, it took a whopping 50 minutes to deliver, and it took an hour to get to us. I am so mad that they couldn't even do the most basic things right. I want the right steps to be taken to solve this problem!
