Poco F7 Pro Gaming Performance Drop From 120 FPS to 60 FPS

I am a Poco F7 Pro user, and for the past few months I have been experiencing a serious issue that significantly affects gaming performance on my device. Previously, I was able to run PUBG, Brawl Stars, and other games at 120 FPS without any problems. However, now none of the games support 120 FPS, and the device limits itself to 60 FPS.

Even though the screen refresh rate is set to 120 Hz on the home screen, as soon as I launch a game, it drops to 60 Hz, which restricts gameplay to a maximum of 60 FPS. I have factory reset the device, but the issue still persists. I also tried adjusting settings through Game Turbo, disabling and re-enabling it, but nothing changed.

When I go into settings and clear the data of the “Battery and Performance” app and the “Joyose” app, the issue temporarily resolves, and games run at 120 FPS again. However, once I exit the game, it drops back to 60 FPS, and the problem returns. This issue is not limited to just one game—it affects all games and even some apps.

Moreover, this is not an isolated issue with my device. I have seen many other users with different Poco models reporting the same problem, both in Turkey and globally. Not being able to use the 120 FPS performance that my phone hardware supports is frustrating and significantly reduces the overall user experience.

I believe this is a software-related issue, and I request that it be thoroughly investigated and permanently fixed through a system update as soon as possible.
