Poco F3 USB Data Not Working, and Not Charging

I'm experiencing issues with my Poco F3 and wondering if anyone else has encountered the same problems and found a solution. The two main issues I'm facing are:

USB Data Not Working: My phone isn’t recognized by my PC or OTG devices.
Buzzing Vibration: There's a strange buzzing vibration coming from the phone.
Charging Issue: The phone shuts down and restarts while charging.
I’ve detailed everything below in case someone has faced these issues and can offer a solution.
