Pocket eSIM Stopped Working in Bulgaria After 10 Minutes
On April 23, I purchased a 30-day, 5 GB Pocket eSIM package for use in Bulgaria for approximately €7.50. After entering Bulgaria, the eSIM worked for no more than about 10 minutes in Sofia, then stopped working completely. I began receiving a continuous “PDP authentication failure” error. As a result, I was unable to use the internet service included in the package, and the money I paid was essentially wasted.
I tried all the basic troubleshooting steps, including changing the cellular settings on my phone, deleting and reinstalling the eSIM, and restarting the device, but the problem was not resolved. I also sent messages to the email addresses listed by Pocket eSIM but received no response. When I tried to contact their WhatsApp numbers, I received an error and was unable to establish a connection, leaving me with no way to reach a representative.
I am requesting that Pocket eSIM resolve the inconvenience caused by the service I did not receive and issue me a full refund for the package I purchased.
