PKXD Trade Gave Wrong Item, and I Lost Access to My Account

I encountered a major issue in PKXD during a trade. I placed my Pampas in a trade and received a Solar Sultan Parrot instead of the Bot that was offered. Both sides confirmed the trade, but the wrong item appeared. To make matters worse, I can’t log back into my account, as it seems inaccessible now. This has left me extremely frustrated. There should be a rejection option or a more reliable trading system to avoid such problems. I request PKXD to fix this error immediately and restore my account and the correct items. Please respond urgently and resolve these issues to improve the trading experience for everyone.
