My daughter plays PKXD on her iPad with the username a442164. Today, while trading pets with another user named d904912**, she faced a serious issue. She gave away several pets, including the highly valuable “Faisca” pet, expecting to receive a “Pams” pet in return.
Instead, the other user sent her only a low-value Sultan Parrot and then immediately removed her from the friends list. We tried to reach out again, but there was no response.
This incident left my daughter very upset and caused her significant disappointment. It is unfair for children to lose their rare items through dishonest trades.
I kindly request that the PKXD support team investigate this case and restore the lost pets, especially the Faisca pet, to my daughter’s account. Proper action should be taken to prevent scams and protect young players from such exploitation in the future.
