PK XD Login Error Keeps Saying My Email or Password Is Wrong

I have been unable to log into my account in the PK XD game on my Android device since May 9. Whenever I try accessing the account, I continuously receive a warning saying, “email or password is incorrect.” My in-game username is Jinu#692122.
Even though I tried resetting my password and followed similar recovery steps, I still could not regain access to my account. Since this account contains approximately $50 worth of in-game purchases, I do not want to lose access to it.
I request that my account be restored and reopened. If possible, I ask that the necessary checks be carried out and that email or password reset procedures be completed so I can log into my account again with proper support from the PK XD team.
