Hello, I recently purchased the 3X Fox Kitty and Hello Kitty armor in PK XD, but the items have not been delivered to my account. As a longtime player, this experience has been extremely disappointing.

I’ve already contacted the PK XD support team, but I have not received any response or update regarding my issue. I expect the items I paid for to be sent to my account immediately.

This lack of communication and delayed resolution is unacceptable. Please resolve this issue promptly and ensure that the purchased packages are delivered without further delays. I look forward to your immediate action on this matter.
