Pizza Hut Not Delivering on Time

I'm dissatisfied with the Pizza Hut delivery service, which is only 500 meters away from my house. I ordered my pizza via the Getir app, and while it showed as "delivered" within the first 30 minutes, it took an additional 80 minutes to arrive. I contacted Getir twice, at the 40th and 65th minute marks, and both times the restaurant claimed that there was a system problem and that my order was being processed. When the pizzas arrived, they were ice-cold, with the center tips of the slices curled up as if they had been sitting in the fridge. This isn't the first time the restaurant and Getir app claimed my order had been delivered when it hadn't, and it's simply not acceptable.
