On November 15, 2025, at around 9:30 PM, when I tried to access my Pinterest account from my Android phone, I noticed that I had been completely logged out and was required to sign in again. After logging back in, I was upset to see that all of my previously saved boards had disappeared, and my account appeared as if it had been reset. My account username is “Ayşe K*******.” This issue occurred entirely without my knowledge.
I have not yet contacted Pinterest customer support, and I have not submitted any help requests. My account does not have any paid subscriptions or payment activity. I would like to know why my boards were deleted, whether someone else accessed my account, and whether there is any risk to my account security.
