I Face Frozen Screen When Updating Security Questions on Payoneer

I logged into my Payoneer account for the first time, but I’m unable to update my security questions. When I log in via Google Chrome on my computer, the screen freezes on the security question update page, and the process never completes. There’s no error message or warning — the page just gets stuck, and I can’t proceed any further. Because of this, I can’t access my account properly.
I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible so I can fully access my Payoneer account without any interruptions.
