Pinterest Suspended My Account After Updating My Birth Date
In November 2025, while using my Pinterest account, I updated the birth date in my account information. Previously, the account contained my father’s birth date, and I simply replaced it with my real birth date. Immediately after making this update, my account was suspended without any explanation, and it has remained completely inaccessible ever since.
The same Google account is also signed in on my mother’s phone, my phone, and my tablet, and since all of these devices are Android, this situation has negatively affected our family’s ability to use the account normally.
In addition to the suspension, I encountered a warning message with a threatening tone suggesting that my Facebook and Instagram accounts could also be closed. This message made me very concerned and made me feel unfairly treated. Because of our age and the fact that my family also uses these accounts, this situation has caused us significant worry.
I do not accept that my account was suspended simply because I entered my correct birth date. I request that my Pinterest account be reinstated, and that I be given a clear and transparent explanation as to why my account was suspended.
