Pinterest Suspended My Account After I Updated My Real Birthdate
In November 2025, while using my Pinterest account, I updated the account information that previously showed my father’s date of birth and replaced it with my own real date of birth. Immediately after this update, my account was suspended without any explanation and is now completely inaccessible. The same Google account is logged in on my mother’s phone, my phone, and my tablet, and since all three devices are Android, our entire family has been negatively affected by this situation. In addition to my account being suspended, I encountered a warning-like, threatening statement suggesting that my Facebook and Instagram accounts could also be closed. This made me feel both anxious and unfairly treated. Given our ages, my family and I are now worried about the safety of the accounts we use. I do not accept that my account appears to have been permanently suspended simply because I entered my real date of birth. I request that my Pinterest account be reactivated and that I be provided with a clear and explicit explanation of why my account was suspended.
