Pinterest Charged Me $10 Without Starting a Subscription

I received a message from a service called Pinterest that appeared through the Google Play Store, asking whether I wanted to access my old photos. I did not accept or authorize any subscription. However, I continued receiving repeated messages pressuring me to use the service. I only replied to ask whether I could view a single photo, and I never agreed to start a paid subscription.

Despite this, on July 21, approximately $10 was deducted from my salary and charged through my mobile phone bill without my permission. The deduction only occurred on that date and is not currently continuing. I contacted the available support channels regarding the unauthorized charge, but my requests were rejected and no solution was provided.

I request a full refund of the $10 deducted without my approval. I also ask that the transaction be investigated and that any subscription or recurring payment connected to this service be completely canceled to prevent further unauthorized charges.
