PicsArt Unauthorized Subscription Charged via Mobile Payment
A subscription was initiated on PicsArt, and ₺519 was deducted from my mobile line via Apple mobile payment. I did not approve this charge, yet the amount was taken without my consent. I contacted Apple to request a refund, but they dismissed my claim, stating the payment was non-refundable.
PicsArt has refused to return my money despite my repeated efforts to resolve this issue. I am extremely dissatisfied and demand an immediate refund of the ₺519 taken from my account. This lack of transparency and customer support is unacceptable. Please address this matter and process my refund promptly.
