I’m very frustrated with PicsArt. I signed up through the app under the impression that it was a free trial. Since my card was disabled for online transactions, no payment went through, and I immediately canceled the subscription to avoid any future charges. Despite canceling on time and not using any paid features, they’re now still demanding payment from me.
What’s worse, I can’t even update my payment method through the App Store to resolve this—my card won’t add, and I’m stuck. I feel like I’m being punished for something I didn’t even use or approve.
PicsArt needs to stop requesting this payment immediately and fix this issue. I expect support, not automated billing threats. Help me resolve this now!
