Unauthorized Transaction In PicMagic App

I am filing a complaint about an unauthorized deduction made through my GCash account related to the Picmagic app. On January 24, 2026, an amount of ₱949 was taken from my GCash balance. I noticed this transaction in my GCash history, but I did not make any payment on canvalook.com or knowingly authorize such a charge. After seeing the deduction, I contacted support and received a response, but the refund has still not been transferred back to my account. I have already cancelled my subscription connected to Picmagic, as I do not wish to be charged any further. I kindly request a full refund of the ₱949 that was deducted without my authorization and a review of this transaction, as I did not make or approve this payment.
