Piabet Refuses to Give Me the Loss Bonus I Deserve Despite Huge Long-Term Deposits

I’ve been an active, loyal member of Piabet for over 5 years, regularly depositing and betting significant amounts. I’m not just a casual user — I’ve invested over ₺1,000,000 into this platform, and unfortunately, I’ve lost about the same. My bets are serious — I regularly place ₺5,000–₺10,000 wagers every few minutes on virtual games.

Despite all that, when I recently requested a loss bonus after losing around ₺400,000 in just the last 3–4 months, they flat-out rejected my request with zero concern or effort. I’ve seen plenty of sites, and I honestly can’t think of a single one that refuses to issue a loss bonus to such a consistent, high-level player.
