For the past 15 days, I have been unable to access my Piabet account. I can’t reach customer support through any channel, and I have received no notification explaining why my account was canceled.

Why has my membership been terminated without any notice? I have been a loyal customer for ten years and consistently placed high-stake bets. You can check my betting history—my lowest bet was ₺2,000, and I regularly placed bets of ₺5,000 to ₺10,000. Yet, Piabet hasn’t even bothered to call or message me.

I demand an immediate explanation for why my account was closed. If this is how you treat loyal customers, I will never play on your site again. Piabet, respond now!
