Unauthorized Withdrawals of 1,522 Pi From My Pi Network Account

On 01.09.2025, 750 Pi and on 14.09.2025, 762 Pi were withdrawn from my Pi Network Android account without my consent, totaling 1,522 Pi. I never requested or authorized any transfers or withdrawals, yet these transactions were executed. My account username is 21**. As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted support through the in-app help section, but I have not received any response to date. I am also uncertain whether my account had additional protections such as two-factor authentication enabled, since no security alerts or warnings were provided. After these two withdrawals, I have not observed any further suspicious activity, but my balance remains reduced. I demand that Pi Network restore the 1,522 Pi that was taken without authorization, provide a clear explanation for how this happened, and implement stronger account security measures to ensure such incidents do not occur again.
