I used to mine regularly on the Pi Network app, but I am currently unable to access my account. The phone number registered to my account has been inactive since 2023, so I cannot complete the verification step and therefore cannot log in.
I am willing to provide my identification information to prove that I am the rightful owner of the account. I can also share details about the people who invited me to the system and any other relevant verification information. I am able to demonstrate that the old phone number belonged to me at the time and can provide supporting evidence from that period. I would also like to note that the number is no longer in use by anyone.
In order to regain access to the balance I accumulated on Pi Network, I am requesting that my account access be restored and that the registered phone number be updated to my current active number. I ask that this process be completed securely, using proper identity and additional verification steps to protect my account.
