I Can’t Access My Pi Network Coins After Switching Phones—Need Help Restoring Balance

I started using Pi Network during the pandemic and mined regularly for a long time. I invested serious time and effort into the app and had accumulated a significant amount of Pi coins. At one point, I had to change my phone, and unfortunately, I couldn’t reinstall or access the app on my new device for a while.
Now that I’ve finally been able to log in again, I was shocked to see that my previously earned coins have been placed on hold and are no longer accessible. There was no clear explanation or warning, and I feel like my hard work has been erased.
I need urgent guidance on how to recover my suspended Pi balance. I shouldn’t be penalized for something as common as changing phones. Please help resolve this issue—my effort and time shouldn’t go to waste.
