409 Pi Coins Stolen From My Pi Network Account — No Alerts, No Support Yet

On October 10, 2025, at around 5:00 AM, 409 Pi coins were stolen from my account in the Pi Network mobile app. I noticed the loss about three days later. My account username is V** and my email address is m****@gmail.com. During this time, I did not receive any unauthorized login alerts, but I had recently changed my phone shortly before the incident.

I have not contacted the Pi Network support team yet. I have a screenshot of the transaction record and can provide it if needed. I have not experienced any other issues with my account—only the loss of 409 Pi coins.

I request the return of my stolen Pi coins, a detailed investigation of the incident, and the implementation of proper security measures.
