Cannot Redeem or Enter Points on Phyto & Lierac
I am unable to use my accumulated loyalty points or enter new ones for my recent purchases from Phyto and Lierac. I have tried reaching out to customer service, but there is no way to contact them—neither through phone support nor their website. It is unacceptable for brands of this reputation to be so unreachable.
Is this carelessness or incompetence? Either way, customers deserve better service. If a brand offers a points system, it should actually work, and there should be accessible customer support for issues like this.
I request an urgent response and a solution to access and use my loyalty points.
