Native Club Phyto Colour Points Unusable – I Can’t Redeem My Rewards
I have over 500 points on Native Club Phyto Colour, but due to system issues, I cannot access my account or redeem my rewards. Additionally, I have 80 points that I can’t even claim because I can’t log in.
I earned these points fairly, and now I am unable to use them. This is completely unacceptable! I expect my reward to be sent to me immediately, or for the system to be fixed so I can redeem my points at pharmacies as intended.
I demand an urgent resolution. Either fix the system or ensure I receive my reward. Please respond immediately, as I will not accept losing my earned points due to technical failures!
