Ebebek Gift Vouchers Not Working Online Despite Multiple Attempts

For the past two months, I have been trying to use my Ebebek gift vouchers on their online store, but every attempt ends with the same error:
“An error occurred during the transaction, our team is investigating, please try again later.”

I have tried multiple times at different hours and days, yet the vouchers still cannot be used. There are no restrictions listed in the terms of use, and the expiry date has not yet passed, so there should be no issue.

I contacted Ebebek customer service by phone several times, but each time I was only told that the issue was being forwarded to the relevant department and would be reviewed by the resolution center. Despite the deadlines they gave me, no progress has been made. To make matters worse, I was never provided with a tracking number or reference ID for my complaint.

I expect Ebebek to ensure that my gift vouchers can be used seamlessly in online purchases and to resolve the inconvenience this issue has caused me.
