PhonePe Payment Completed But Parimatch Balance Was Never Updated

My Parimatch user ID is 936681251. On 13 April 2026 at around 7:36 PM, I deposited 1,000 INR to my Parimatch account using PhonePe, but the amount was never credited to my Parimatch balance. After noticing that the deposit had not arrived, I contacted Parimatch support and a ticket was created. I provided all possible payment proofs, including my bank statement and PhonePe payment screenshots, clearly showing that the 1,000 INR was successfully deducted from my account. Despite this, I did not receive a clear or helpful response, and my ticket was closed without resolving the issue. I request that the missing 1,000 INR be immediately credited to my Parimatch account (user ID: 936681251), or that you urgently investigate and correct this deposit issue as soon as possible.
