PhonePe Deposit Still Not Received

I made two separate deposits to my Goagame online betting account on 14-02-2026 via UPI using PhonePe, with amounts of 3,800 and 2,500. Despite these transactions being completed on my side, the balances were not added to my Goagame account. I contacted Goagame customer support about this issue and was told that the deposits were not received. However, since the money has already been deducted from my PhonePe/UPI account, I am experiencing a financial loss and cannot use the balance I paid for. I request that Goagame urgently check these two UPI transactions made through PhonePe on 14-02-2026, confirm the payments, and add the total balance of 6,300 to my Goagame account as soon as possible.
