Plan Aviator Deposit Missing After Successful PhonePe UPI Payment
On 07.02.2026, I made a deposit of 2,000 rupees via UPI through PhonePe to Plan Aviator in order to fund my game account. The amount has been successfully debited from my PhonePe account, and I have a transaction ID for this payment: T2602071717374818054367. However, despite the payment going through on my side, the money has still not been credited to my Plan Aviator game account. After noticing that the deposit was missing, I contacted support and was informed that “Your payment is currently being checked. Please wait patiently.” Since then, there has been no further update, and the balance is still not visible in my game account even though the payment status is successful in my UPI/PhonePe history. I request that my 2,000 rupees be immediately and correctly credited to my Plan Aviator game account based on the above transaction ID, and that this payment be promptly reflected in my balance without any further delay. I also ask you to provide a clear and written timeframe for when this issue will be fully resolved, or to urgently explain the situation and take the necessary steps without any further waiting.
