PhonePe Transaction Failed But Refund Still Not Received
I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a failed transaction made through PhonePe to my Bank of Baroda account, for which I have not received any refund. On 27/04/2026, an amount of ₹1,999.81 was debited from my account via PhonePe with Transaction ID T2604272325031750669112 and UTR 475342695562. The amount was debited from my account, but I did not receive the refund back after the transaction issue. I contacted the bank regarding this problem, but I was informed that the payment was successful and I was not given any proper help or resolution, even though the amount has not been refunded to me. This situation has caused me financial and mental stress, as my money is stuck without any clear support. I request that this transaction be checked in detail using the above Transaction ID and UTR number, and that the amount of ₹1,999.81 be immediately refunded to my account if it has not been credited to the beneficiary. I also request a clear written clarification of what went wrong with this transaction and from which side the issue occurred.
