I Face BC.Game Deposit Not Credited After PhonePe Payment

I deposited ₹1,100 into my BC.Game account on April 4, 2026, at around 4:55 p.m. using PhonePe linked to my Bank of Baroda account. Although the amount was successfully debited, it has still not been credited to my BC.Game account even after 3–4 days.

I contacted BC.Game customer support regarding this issue, but they informed me that they have no information about the transaction and did not provide any clear explanation or solution. As a result, my money is currently stuck, and I am unable to use it.

I request that this issue be urgently investigated and that my ₹1,100 be refunded back to my PhonePe or Bank of Baroda account as soon as possible. I also expect a clear update regarding the status of this transaction.
