I Face 4ra Bet Deposit Not Credited After ₹3500 UPI Payments

I am writing regarding two UPI deposits I made to my 4ra Bet wallet that have still not been credited, despite repeated assurances from your support team that the funds are safe and would be added shortly.

On April 8, I deposited 1,000 INR via UPI through PhonePe to my 4ra Bet account, and on April 9, I deposited another 2,500 INR using the same method. Both transactions were successfully completed on my end, and I have the UPI reference details and screenshots as proof. However, my 4ra Bet wallet balance has not been updated, and the total amount of 3,500 INR is still missing.

I contacted your live chat support multiple times, and each time I was told that a ticket had been created, that my money is safe, and that it would be credited shortly. Unfortunately, the same response has been repeated daily without any actual resolution. I also sent an email to your support team but have not received any reply there either.

I am urgently requesting that you either credit the full 3,500 INR to my 4ra Bet wallet immediately or refund the entire amount back to my bank account linked with PhonePe. I also request a clear written explanation regarding what happened to these transactions. I have attached all relevant screenshots and UPI transaction details and expect this issue to be resolved without any further delay.
