PhonePe UPI Deposit Not Credited
I am a user of Pari Match sports betting and I am facing a serious issue with two deposits made via UPI through PhonePe, which were never credited to my Pari Match account (ID: 989856***). The first uncredited deposit was made on 23rd January 2026 for 1,000 INR, and the second one was made yesterday for 500 INR. Both transactions were successfully debited from my PhonePe account, but the amounts have still not been reflected in my Pari Match balance, and they have also not been refunded back to my bank or PhonePe account. For each of these deposits, I raised a ticket and contacted your support via chat and email, and I have already shared all proofs and screenshots of the PhonePe transactions, including UTR details. However, my chat ticket has been showing “in progress” for more than a month without any resolution, and by email I only received a generic response saying that the problem was escalated to a higher level and that I would be updated, but nothing concrete has happened and my money is still missing. I have been using the Pari Match app for a long time and have always made my payments properly, so I know very clearly that these amounts have neither been credited to my Pari account nor returned to my bank. I am not making any false claim and I am fully ready to provide proof of how and when I paid. These are normal deposits, not linked to any promotion or bonus, and I need the funds to place bets on the current T20 tournament. I request that both deposits (1,000 INR from 23rd January 2026 and 500 INR from yesterday) be immediately credited to my Pari Match account or otherwise resolved without any further delay. I am ready to provide again the PhonePe screenshots and UTR numbers if required, but I expect a prompt investigation and clear resolution so that my missing funds are either credited to my Pari Match balance or refunded back to my payment method.
Thank you for taking my complaint. Actually I have raised tickets for both my transactions on PARI customer support not in Phonepay customer support.
The money has still not been refunded, and there has been no response.
I reported that two UPI deposits of 1,000 INR and 500 INR were not credited to my Parimatch account and were deducted from PhonePe. I have raised multiple tickets and emails with Parimatch customer support, but I still have not received my money. The support team says the issue is still under investigation; one ticket has been open for a month and the other for 7 days. According to guidelines, refunds should be processed within 2–3 business days, but this timeline has been exceeded.
