4rabet Did Not Credit My PhonePe Deposit Despite Completed Payment

On 16 April, I deposited 2,000 INR to my 4rabet account via PhonePe, but the amount has still not been credited to my 4rabet balance. The PhonePe transaction shows as completed with the reference/transaction ID T2604161405260544048957, yet there is no reflection of this deposit in my 4rabet account. I request that this payment be checked urgently and that the 2,000 INR be credited to my 4rabet account as soon as possible, without any further delay, so that I can use my balance to play on the platform as intended. If the deposit cannot be processed for any reason, I expect a clear explanation and a prompt resolution so that my money is not stuck between platforms.
