1win 2000 INR PhonePe Deposit Not Credited
I am writing about a deposit issue I experienced on 1win. On 12 February, I deposited 2,000 INR via PhonePe, the amount was successfully deducted from my PhonePe account, but it was not added to my 1win balance. The payment shows as completed on my side with UTR number 397126114736. Despite this, my 1win account has still not been credited with the amount. I contacted support, but they did not provide any clear response or solution. I request that my deposit be checked and either immediately credited to my 1win account or refunded back to my PhonePe account as soon as possible.
