Tashan Win Deposit Not Credited - PhonePe Payment Issue

I deposited an amount of Rs 6900 to TASHAN WIN on 2 April 2026 at around 10:29 a.m. through PhonePe, but the money has still not been credited to my TASHAN WIN account. The payment was successfully completed on PhonePe and I have the transaction details and screenshot as proof. When I contacted TASHAN WIN support, I received confusing and unacceptable responses. At one point I was told to increase my payment, and at another time I was told that this payment cannot be processed via PhonePe and that only Google Pay or Paytm would work with this app. Despite this, my Rs 6900 has already been taken from my account and I am left without either a credit in my TASHAN WIN wallet or a refund. I request that my payment of Rs 6900, made via PhonePe with the available transaction proof, be refunded to my account as soon as possible. I expect a clear and prompt resolution to this issue without any further delays or misleading responses.
